Gary Dourdan is still not owning up to holding that Christina Aguilera. He has been charged with three felony drug possession counts following his arrest in Palm Springs, just over a week ago,

He was arrested on April 28, after a patrol officer in Palm Springs, allegedly found him asleep behind the wheel of a car, which was parked facing the wrong way. When the officer approached the vehicle, Dourdan was allegedly found "disoriented and possibly under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs."

Upon searching the vehicle, police claim the officer "subsequently located suspected cocaine, heroin, ecstasy, miscellaneous prescription drugs, and paraphernalia."

But don't worry stans...he's a celebrity. He only facing probation if convicted on the counts.
