The NYPD have released a dramatic video Monday of a man fatally shooting a teenager in Brooklyn on Sunday night. Andre Pitts, an 18 year old  high school senior was shot multiple times in the fourth-floor hallway of an apartment building on Lott Ave. in Brownsville.

Police are looking for a black male in his 20s, about 5-foot-8, caught on video wearing a black jacket with a green hood and red sneakers.

In the video footage, the man follows Andre out of the elevator and fires at least 3 or 4 shots to make sure he is dead. This guy is obviously a cold blooded killer and a danger to others. You can clearly see him walking away calm and collected as if nothing happened.

If you recognize this man please do the right thing and come forward. His face is clear in the footage and his jacket is very distinctive. You can call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers tip line at (800) 577-TIPS. All calls are confidential. Andre's family is grieving and his killer needs to be brought to justice.
