Juice A Day #2



Recipe:

1/2 cup of kale
1 med sized apple
20 grapes
1/2 cup of pineapple
1/2 cup of watermelon
2 tbsp of Superfoods Superboost

Used: NutriBullet Pro
Blend for 90 seconds

Result:
Delicious!

I made one for breakfast and one to take with me for lunch.

  1. Love your blog so so much. I'm on the juice kick too. My suggestion is that if you do kale - cucumber mellows out the bitterness. I like kind of a mint mojito smoothie with kale, cucumber, lime juice, mint leaves, mango and either blueberries or strawberries. I try and use a touch of pomegranate juice as recommended in the "Eat to Live" book. That's what I'm having tomorrow! On a completely different topic - I just saw your "red" lipsticks review for the first time. I thought for sure you'd choose MAC Diva. My current fave (although a bit drying) is NARS "Fire Down Below." Can wait to try some of your choices. I, too, am an NW45. Take care...
