Haynes founded In With The Nu Public Relations on the heels of a diversified career in both the entertainment and broadcasting industries. She holds specialized expertise in urban media strategies and promotion of both early stage and industry established companies and has extensive experience in public relations, marketing communications, community and media relations, promotional writing and messaging efforts.

Ms. Haynes spearheads driving results-oriented communications programs to strategically position clients within their respective markets. Her specialized media relations strategies help clients to secure feature-focused coverage that resonates core messaging and branding, in order to capture attention and drive interest from key audiences including customers, partners, investors, analysts and clients' employees.

Prior to launching In With The Nu P.R., Haynes served a decade long tenure at Western New York and Southern Ontario's Urban Powerhouse, 93.7 WBLK-fm. She joined the Infinity Broadcasting family in 1993 (just 2 weeks after her 8th grade graduation) as a Programming Department intern. Due mostly to her uncanny perceptiveness and dedication she ascended through the ranks to become the Assistant Director of Promotions and Marketing as well as a popular on-air personality. While there, Brandi helped create, coordinate and publicize several community based initiatives including: WBLK Diversity Job Fair, Back 2 School Jamboree, For Sisters Only Cultural Expos, Shay Moore's Christmas for All Toy Drive and Rim Rocker 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament.

In the summer of 2003, she joined the cast of the world-renowned Universoul Circus, which is the only African-American owned and operated circus in existence touring the country as a Caribbean style dancing, elephant riding, showgirl and spokes-model. While on tour, Brandi optimized her time outside of the Big Top by conducting television and radio interviews to promote the tour, and speaking to area youth at local community centers, hospitals and inner city elementary and high schools.

In addition, Brandi is an accomplished public speaker. She has conducted a number of workshops and seminars for inner-city youth on topics which include: "Education Equals Empowerment," "Being a 'How' Thinker Instead of an 'If' Thinker," "The Fundamentals of Radio Broadcasting," "Entertainment Business Rags 2 Riches Stories (Fact or Fiction?)," "Attitude Determines Latitude." Ms. Haynes is also a published writer in a number of print and online publications.

Ms. Haynes is an alumnus of Alabama State University. She resides in Buffalo, New York. In her spare time she enjoys reading, shopping, and traveling as well as taking in all the artistic and culinary delights that New York has to offer.
